What can you analyse?
All milk types can be analysed: cow, buffalo, goat, sheep, etc.
The system is suitable for determining the quality of semi-skimmed or whole milk, raw or pasteurised, without any sample pre-treatment.
CDR FoodLab® also analyses yoghurt, butter, margarine, cheese and other dairy products, with a sample preparation, set up by CDR laboratories, that is extremely simplified compared to traditional method.
